A cottage hospital in the best tradition, its small size makes possible the warm, individualized, professional service upon which the hospital has built its well-deserved reputation REGISTERED NURSE Emergency Department / Med-Surg Float 36 hours Per Week; 7pm-7am Grace Cottage currently seeks RN graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Requirements include:
current Vermont RN license in good standing; 3 years' Emergency Department nursing experience; previous Med-Surg staff and/or charge experience helpful; current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications; TNCC certification to be obtained within 1 year of hire.
Computer skills and familiarity with using an electronic medical record essential.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be a strong team player.
ED:
Solo RN for a 3 bed ED.
Responsibilities include patient triage and initial assessment; implementation of ED provider's orders with reassessment and evaluation of patient's response to treatment and interventions; and discharge care teaching.
(ED volume is approx.
3,000 visits/ year.
) Med/Surg:
Routine staff RN duties for assigned patients in our 19 bed inpatient care unit.
Duties include assessments/ reassessments, development of the patient's plan of care, implementation of physician's orders including medication administration and treatments, evaluation of patient's response to treatment and nursing interventions with appropriate follow-through.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
