Masis Staffing Solutions client in Peabody is currently seeking experienced Bilingual Inside Sales Representative.
This is a temp to hire position.
Overview: This position plays a key role in supporting the growth of the company by prospecting,establishing, and maintaining existing relationships. In this work, the IS Rep ensures we are well positioned to help our customers realize the full value our company brings the shopping experience.

KEY ACTIVITIES and AREAS OF
Responsibilities:
Increase sales by identifying new, high quality leads through trade magazines, industry directories, the web, referrals, and outside sales representative(s).
Manage multiple focuses: cold calling, maintaining existing customer base, handling incoming inquiries, mailings, and quoting.
Provide quick, direct sales contact and service to all existing customers and prospects in territory.
Develop and build long term relationships via the phone.
Work closely with Outside Sales Representative(s) to continuously develop and grow territory.
Work closely with Customer Response Team to meet the expectations of our customers.
Maintain a minimum of 2 hours and 25-30 customer contacts on a daily basis.
Utilize sales tools effectively to accomplish sales objectives.
Achieve quarterly review goals and exceed daily hours and contact requirements.
Participate and communicate with Inside Sales team on daily basis and during weekly meetings by sharing sales strategy ideas and successes/challenges.


COMPETENCIES:
Minimum of 2-3 years Inside Sales experience.
Knowledge of how to operate Lotus Notes, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Strong customer focus.
Strong communication skills.
Outgoing, energetic personality.
Positive, can do attitude with the willingness to learn.
Self motivated team player.
Proficiency in Spanish

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
