0 Peabody, MA Peabody, MA Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $18 - $30 an hour $18 - $30 an hour Job description Client Service Representative Coast to Coast Cardiology, a privately-owned multi-site veterinary cardiology group, is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a full-time Client Service Representative.
Our focus is on providing excellent service to our clients and their beloved pets across both the East and West coasts.
Responsibilities:
Jointly manage multiple cardiologists' schedules across both coasts, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and consultations.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client and patient registration.
Request and manage patient electronic medical records (EMRs) to maintain up-to-date and accurate information.
Perform initial triage for cardiologist patients, gathering relevant information and prioritizing cases based on urgency.
Respond calmly and professionally to potential emergency phone calls, providing guidance and support to clients in distress.
Process financial transactions for services rendered and enter client communications for clinical staff.
Assist with medication refills and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and have a love for animals and their owners.
Ability to lift 40 pounds, sit or stand for extended periods of time, and tolerate loud environments.
Flexibility in working hours to accommodate patient care needs.
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in human or veterinary healthcare, hotels, or resorts.
Must pass a criminal background check.
