Currently, we are seeking a self-motivated individual with experience in dental front desk operations, preferably familiar with Dentrix software, to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, confirming appointments, maintaining the schedule, processing payments, reviewing treatment plans, updating patient records, and various other administrative tasks.
Our office is equipped with high-tech tools such as Modento patient communication software, Dental Intel performance tracking, and Local Med online booking.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who can innovate, work autonomously, and is committed to enhancing office efficiency and systems, while also valuing teamwork.
Our office hours are from 7:
45 am to 5:
15 pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:
45 am to 1:
15 pm on Fridays, with every other Friday off in the summers.
