I am looking for 3-4 outgoing people to come assist with store flow and manage the in-store orders that are shipped to our guests or that are picked up same day! We are open 7 days a week and promote a work life balance.
This positions weekly hours average 15-40.
Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts needed! Responsibilities Assists in overall flow of traffic and line queueing, both scheduled appointments and walk-in customers, to maximize customer experience.
Greet and welcome every customer, identifying intent of customer's visit and uniting them with a jewelry consultant or directing to appropriate line after occupancy limits are reached.
Manage the Daily Appointment Tracker and Walk In Traffic lists to assist with checking people in for appointments or taking new appointments.
Acknowledge appointments as show or no show in Clienteling as customers check in for appointments and at the end of every day for no show appointments.
Assists with in-store fulfillment initiatives and outbound shipments (BOPIS, Ship from Store, Web orders, repairs, special orders, etc.
) utilizing carriers as directed.
Position Qualifications Customer Service Experience preferred Attention to detail, basic computer skills.
