Confidential Health Care Company Confidential Health Care Company Peabody, MA Peabody, MA Full-time Full-time $95,000 - $105,000 a year $95,000 - $105,000 a year ,the a the the Psych department manager LICSW, or NP full-time (36-40 hours per week) Oversee day to day functioning of department Clinical responsibilities in patient management and evaluation Work with staff to ensure timely disposition of new referrals to department Ensure minimum productivity of providers Coordinates provider scheduling and departmental meetings Coordinate staff referral to outside community resources as needed (includes cultivating and keeping current list of said resources as needed for patients and providers) Ensure fiscal viability of department (review financial performance) Liaison between PHCA pediatric, behavioral health and psychiatric providers Reports to PHCA Directors and PHCA Executive Officer and PHCA Chief Operating Officer.
