Job Title:
Production Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production process by operating power tools and hand tools.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards.
- Package and label products for shipment or storage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with power tools and hand tools is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy objects as required.
- Flexibility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
Scheduled Work Hours:
We are currently seeking candidates for 1st shift (6am-2pm) and candidates for 2nd shift (2pm-10pm), Monday - Friday.
Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays when needed preferred.
