As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, manage patient inquiries, and ensure efficient office operations.

Customer Service
Experience:
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service to patients, including handling dental insurance-related inquiries and claims.
Dental Insurance Knowledge:
A comprehensive understanding of different dental insurance plans, including coverage types, limitations, and procedures for claims and pre-authorizations.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, empathetically, and professionally, including discussing dental insurance coverage and explaining treatment options to patients.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage patient appointments, paperwork, and administrative tasks effectively, including handling dental insurance verification, documentation, and billing processes.
Interpersonal Skills:
Outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, create a welcoming environment, and collaborate effectively with the dental team, including coordinating dental insurance benefits with insurance providers.
Confidentiality:
Uphold patient privacy and maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information, adhering to HIPAA regulations, including safeguarding dental insurance details and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Professionalism:
Display a professional demeanor, maintain a positive attitude, and exhibit a high level of integrity and reliability, including handling dental insurance-related financial transactions ethically and accurately.
